You will receive an activation link giving you access to the FitEvolution App! The App is great for checking your schedules, plans & routines on the device of your choosing. Nutrition tips, recipes and so more!
We will provide you with a private member link for virtual training sessions. All you need to do is clear your schedule for the time that suits you best and partake in the exercise in a location of your choosing.
As you work your way through regular exercise and sustainable eating habits, we need to track your progress to make sure that you are getting the most out of your virtual training sessions, meal plan & exercise strategy. We achieve this with an overall assessment once a month.
